I am married to Ed Kentner who works as the social media director at National Carriers, Inc. We have four children and five grandchildren.
I graduated high school in 1977, from Liberty High School in Mountain View, Missouri. I started my college career in the Spring of 1979, at the junior college in Glendive, Montana, but after one semester, I decided to be a stay-at-home mom.
I've always known I was meant to be a teacher, so in the Fall of 1994, I returned to college and graduated in 1997, with honors, from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
There is a three year gap between my college graduation and the starting of my career because my husband and I adopted a child. Our youngest daughter, Jade, completed our family.
